Delivery 1-2 business days
If you order on a weekday before 1 p.m., we will send your order the same day. If you choose a Posti or Matkahuolto package as the delivery method, your order should arrive at the pick-up point on the next weekday at the latest at 4 p.m. Please note that if you choose Letter as the delivery method, the delivery time is probably the longest of all delivery options.
Free Shipping on Orders Over €50
Orders with a total value of €50 or more are shipped free of charge. If you choose delivery via Posti Home Package, a separate shipping fee will apply.
30-Day Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days. You may try the product, but it must remain unused.
Invoice and Installment Payment
We offer our customers the option to pay by invoice or in installments. These services are provided by Klarna Oy, the leading invoice and installment payment provider in the Nordic countries. By using Klarna’s services, you receive the product before making the payment, allowing you to make your final purchasing decision at home.
Our Own Warehouse in Finland
Our warehouse is located in Vantaa, so all our products are shipped from within Finland. We do not sell products directly from suppliers’ warehouses.
