GENERAL INFORMATION

The online store products are sold by NordiNova Oy (Business ID 3372944-7). We sell within Finland. Product prices include 24% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs. Unfortunately, we do not deliver orders to the Åland Islands.

ORDERING

Products are ordered online through the website www.nemonen.fi via the shopping cart. All orders are confirmed by email. To receive an order confirmation, a valid email address must be provided when placing the order. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions in force at the time of purchase.

PAYMENT METHODS

Klarna

Products and any applicable shipping costs are paid at the time of ordering. The online store accepts the following payment methods: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Handelsbanken, POP Bank, Aktia, Savings Bank, omaSp, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken, Danske Bank, Klarna Invoice and Klarna Account, as well as the most common payment cards (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and American Express).

Online Banking and Payment Cards
The payment service for online banking and card payments is provided by Klarna Oy in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Klarna Oy will appear as the recipient on your bank statement.

Klarna Invoice – Payment Terms

Buy now, pay later.

When paying with Klarna Invoice, your shopping experience is safe and easy. You never need to provide your card details, and you always receive your products before you have to pay.

If payment is late, a reminder fee of €5.00 and statutory late interest in accordance with the Interest Act will be added to the invoice total. Klarna checks the customer’s creditworthiness at the time of purchase, which may include a credit check in some cases. Personal data is processed in accordance with data protection legislation. Klarna uses personal data for customer analysis, identification, credit assessment, and marketing purposes. The personal identity number is used as a customer number for customer management purposes. Due to Klarna’s security policies, products ordered with a Klarna invoice can only be delivered to the person who placed the order.

Klarna Installment Payment – Payment Terms

Klarna Installment Payment is designed for situations where you want to decide how much you pay each month toward your total purchase. Klarna Installment Payment offers more than just flexibility. You receive your products before you need to pay, and all purchases made with Klarna Installment Payment are combined into one monthly invoice. Purchases from different online stores paid with Klarna Installment Payment are automatically combined into the same monthly invoice.

Delivery Methods and Shipping Costs

We collect and dispatch orders every business day. Shipping costs depend on the delivery method you choose. When selecting a DB Schenker pickup point for orders over €50, delivery is free of charge. Orders are currently dispatched within 1–2 business days after being placed. Occasionally, order processing may become congested and take slightly longer.

Delivery times vary depending on stock availability. The normal delivery time is 2–5 business days. During peak seasons, delivery times may sometimes be longer. If a product is out of stock, the estimated delivery time is approximately 1–3 weeks, depending on the product. Tarjoustaivas is not responsible for any delays after the order has been dispatched by Tarjoustaivas.

Shipping costs include postage and packaging. We offer our customers the following delivery methods:

LETTER

Price: €5.90
Delivered directly to your home mailbox or letter slot.
Delivery within 2–3 business days across Finland (delivery times in remote areas may vary).
No tracking available.
Letters are delivered by Posti.

POSTI

Pickup from your chosen Posti service point – €6.90
Collect your parcel from the Posti location of your choice. Once the parcel arrives at your selected service point, you will receive a notification from Posti. Please note that Posti primarily sends arrival notifications via text message or email.
Storage time: 7 days.

DB SCHENKER

Pickup from your chosen DB Schenker service point – €6.90
Collect your parcel from the DB Schenker location of your choice. Once the parcel arrives at the service point, you will receive a notification from DB Schenker. Please note that DB Schenker primarily sends arrival notifications via text message or email.
Storage time: 7 days.

For orders over €40, delivery is free when you select DB Schenker pickup point as your delivery method. Please note that to receive free delivery, you must choose DB Schenker pickup point at checkout.

MATKAHUOLTO DELIVERY SERVICE

Nearest Parcel – €6.90

The parcel is delivered to the pickup point closest to the recipient’s address or to a pickup point selected by the sender (R-Kioski, K-Market, and Matkahuolto service points).
Delivery time is 1–3 days.

If the parcel is delivered to a parcel locker, the recipient can collect it using a PIN code, which will be sent via text message or email in the delivery notification.
The parcel will be held for 7 days.

After your order has been processed, you will receive an email notification stating “Your order has been handed over for delivery”, along with a tracking number for your shipment. At this point, your order has been transferred to the selected shipping provider.

Unclaimed parcels will be charged a €15 fee to cover administrative costs.

If you are unable to collect your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. In some cases, we may still be able to prevent the parcel from being returned to us as unclaimed.


Return Instructions

Product returns are made at the customer’s expense in accordance with our terms and conditions.
A €6.90 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

We will refund your payment or update your Klarna invoice once we have received the product in its original packaging, with all tags attached.

You can also request return instructions by emailing our customer service at info@dettävaitavis.fi.

Please include the following information with the returned product:

  • Name of the person who placed the order

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

Remember to keep the return receipt or proof of postage for yourself, in case the shipment is lost for any reason.

The right of return does not apply to hygiene products (e.g. blackhead removers), underwear, cosmetics, or acupressure mats.

The returned product and its packaging must be unused, in original condition, and resalable. If these conditions are not met, we will not issue a refund.

Once the return has been received, processed, and approved, Klarna will issue the refund within 1–3 business days, though in some cases it may take up to 5 business days. For Klarna invoices or installment payments, the refund will be credited directly to your Klarna invoice or account.

Shipments Damaged or Lost in Transit

If a shipment is lost during transit or damaged despite careful packaging, issues may occasionally occur during transportation. If the package is damaged in transit and the ordered product(s) are also damaged, please take photos of the damage and file a damage report immediately at the pickup point. Then contact our customer service without delay, and we will send you a replacement product.

If your order has not arrived and appears to have been lost in transit, please contact Nemonen.fi customer service as soon as possible, within a reasonable time and no later than 30 days from the shipping date.


Complaints

If the consumer has received the wrong product, an incorrect quantity, or a damaged product, the issue must be reported by email as soon as possible and within a reasonable time, no later than 30 days from the shipping date.


Discount Codes and Promotions

Nemonen occasionally publishes discount codes for our online store through our marketing channels. Percentage-based discounts apply to all products, including items already on sale.

In special promotional campaigns, we may limit the use of a discount code to one time per customer. This means that the code may only be used by registered/logged-in customers and only once.


Privacy Policy

Nemonen treats all customer data with complete confidentiality.

When you shop in our online store, browse our website, subscribe to our newsletter, contact our customer service, or participate in marketing campaigns, competitions, or customer surveys, we may collect personal data about you.

Legal Grounds and Purposes for Processing Personal Data at Nemonen.fi

  • Your consent, for example when you give marketing permission by subscribing to our newsletter

  • When processing is necessary for the performance of a contract between you and us (e.g. delivering products you have ordered)

  • Responding to customer service inquiries

  • Other legitimate purposes, such as developing our online store

If we collect personal data for purposes other than those stated above, we will request your consent in advance.

When you place an order in our online store, we collect the information required to deliver your purchased products. This includes your name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, order total, and ordered products.


Security

The connection between Nemonen’s website and the customer is secured. During payment, the customer is redirected to the website of an external payment service provider, which is responsible for the data protection of its own service. Order details and customer information related to payment methods are transferred between Nemonen’s website and the payment service provider via an encrypted connection.


Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions. Customers must review the current terms and conditions before placing an order.

Nemonen.fi also reserves the right to change prices and to cancel or terminate an order, for example in the event of pricing errors.


Force Majeure

Nemonen.fi is not responsible for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as pandemics, strikes, fires, wars, governmental decisions, supplier delays, or other similar events that hinder or prevent Nemonen.fi’s operations. We are also not liable for any damages caused by our products.
