Thank you for shopping at Nemonen.fi. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you may return any product within 30 days of receipt.

Return Conditions

You may return any product purchased from us within 30 days of delivery. The product must be:

  • New or lightly used

  • Returned in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included

We also accept lightly used items, as long as they are in good condition.


Exchanges

We are happy to facilitate exchanges if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • You want to exchange for a different model, size, or variation

  • The product is defective or damaged

Please contact our customer service to arrange your exchange.


How to Return a Product

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at info@nemonen.fi and provide:

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • Reason for return or exchange

  2. We will provide you with instructions and the return address.

  3. Pack the product carefully in its original packaging.

  4. Send the product using a tracked shipping service and keep the receipt as proof of shipment.


Refund Policy

Once we have received and inspected your returned product:

  • You will receive an email confirmation about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (e.g., Klarna, credit card).

  • Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days, but may take up to 15 days depending on your payment provider.


Return Costs & Fees

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A €6.90 handling and return fee will be deducted from the refund (does not apply to defective items).

Lost or Delayed Orders

If you have not received your order within 30 days of shipping:

  • We will coordinate with the shipping partner and, if necessary, provide a replacement or a refund.

  • All returns must be shipped from Finland.

  • Returns sent without notification may be rejected.

  • Refunds are always issued in the same currency and via the same payment method as the original purchase.
